Name: Grandma's Applesauce Muffins

Ingredients: 1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1.5 c. applesauce

1 Tbsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. Allspice
2 c. flour
1 c. raisins
Instructions: Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla. Stir soda and applesauce into butter mixture. Add flour, cinnamon, Allspice, and raisins. Mix well. Fill muffin tins. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
