Name: Grandma's Applesauce Muffins

Ingredients: 1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1.5 c. applesauce

1 Tbsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. Allspice
2 c. flour
1 c. raisins
Instructions: Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla. Stir soda and applesauce into butter mixture. Add flour, cinnamon, Allspice, and raisins. Mix well. Fill muffin tins. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Name: Bavarian Wiener Supper

Ingredients: 1 lb. (8-10) wieners
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (buttered)
1 can sauerkraut (drained)
4 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°. Cut 4 wieners in half the long way. Slice the rest as 1/4" coins. Mix half of the soup with the mayo, sauerkraut, and sliced wieners. Pour into a baking dish. Stir the rest of the soup with the potatoes. Spread over the sauerkraut mixture. Spread on bread crumbs and top with the halved wieners. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

Name: Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients: 1 chocolate fudge cake mix 1 c. hot water
1 c. vegetable oil
1 pkg. instant chocolate fudge pudding
4 eggs {add one at a time)
1 c. miniature chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
Instructions: Combine ingredients and mix together. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Makes 18-20 muffins. Frost.

Name: Cheesy Orzo

Ingredients: 1 c. orzo
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. olive oil
1 1/4 c. chicken stock
1 c. shredded mozzarella
Instructions: Saute shallot and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add orzo and stock, and simmer, covered, until liquid is absorbed and orzo is soft. Stir in mozzarella until melted. Serve immediately.

Name: BBQ Muffins

Ingredients: (1) 10 oz. tube Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. ketchup
1 T. cider vinegar
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 T. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Instructions: Separate dough into 10 biscuits and flatten into 5" circles. Press into bottom and sides of greased muffin cup. In skillet, brown ground beef. In a bowl mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and chili powder until smooth. Add to meat and mix well. Divide meat-1/4 c. topeach muffin cup and top with cheese. Bake 375° for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving; 10-serving size

Name: Banana Smoothies & Pops

Ingredients: (1) 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
(1) 8 oz. vanilla yogurt
2 ripe bananas
1/2 c. orange juice
Instructions: Smoothies: Process condensed milk and remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.

Pops: Pour the smoothie mixture in (8) 5 oz. paper cups. Freeze 30 minutes. Insert wooden craft sticks in center. Freeze until firm.
